Database Addiction

Grew out of a rejected 2014 proposal to create a Street Drinkers Database.(see notes) In which we wished to work with the hard won situated knowledge of street drinkers to build a database about the care system. We were interested and continue to be interested in aggregating information from the perspective of addiction.
